Hi, I’m CheyenneHi, I’m Cheyenne, but most people call me Chey (pronounced ‘Shy’). I’m a wedding and couples photographer based in Southern California.
My work lives somewhere between editorial and cinematic. I want all my photos to feel sun-soaked, romantic, and part of nature.
PHILOSOPHY
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the way love, beauty, and nature intertwine. The way everything moves in cycles, and how deeply we’re connected to it all. My work is rooted in that same feeling.

Photography has always been my way of connecting and building relationships with the people I’m lucky enough to photograph. I feel it is my true calling in life.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me at the beach at sunset, getting a workout in, drinking coffee, or spending time with my family. I love to travel, and my biggest bucket list locations are New Zealand, Ireland, and Iceland.
my personal life
I’m drawn to places that feel quiet. Light pouring through the windows of my grandma’s house. Birds chirping in the morning, crickets chirping at night. Cold air on my nose in the winter, sun warming my whole body in the summer. Peace is at the root of everything I search for.
Most of what inspires me lives outside of weddings entirely, my cousins who are sisters to me, their babies, & my best friends who are all photographers too. I feel so lucky to have a small group of people who uplift each other and pour into my cup so I can pour into yours!
I am not a passive observer during our sessions. Together we will create images with intention, shaping the environment, the light, and the moment itself into something that feels both natural and artful.
I will guide you through the whole shoot, based on the inspiration and vision you’ve shared with me, so all you need to do is be in the moment.
My goal is to create work that feels warm, romantic, and true to you.
